New study from CURES member Dr. Sadagurski featured as a paper of the month for NIEHS

A recent study conducted by CURES member Dr. Marianna Sadagurski's lab has been highlighted as a Paper of the Month by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) of the National Institutes of Health. The research, published in Chemosphere in 2023, reveals that early-life benzene exposure could potentially exert long-lasting impacts on brain development and enhance vulnerability to metabolic disorders in adulthood. The paper was selected as an Extramural Paper of the Month for the NIEHS Environmental Factor Newsletter.
