Congratulations to CURES Assistant Professor Chris Kassotis who was just awarded a new $600,000 Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant to study the impact of complex mixtures of environmental pollutants on fall cell development and obesity. In urban environments especially, many different environmental toxins at low levels can work together to negatively affect human health.
