• The International Human Epigenome Consortium (IHEC) has developed a variety of tools to help you navigate, analyze and interpret thousands of high-quality epigenomic datasets.

• The City Health Dashboard is a one-stop resource for viewing and comparing data from multiple sources on health and the factors that shape health to guide local solutions.

• Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services Data Navigator offers access to program data and specific health care topics or settings-of-care.

• The EPA's Data Set Gateway provides data on climate change, environmental justice, and much more.

• Chemical Effects in Biological Systems (CEBS): houses data of interest to environmental health scientists. CEBS is a public resource, and has received depositions of data from academic, industrial, and governmental laboratories. 

• NIH Data: a table of NIH-supported data repositories that includes entries, such as the Database of Interacting Proteins, and many more!

• Figshare: is a data repository where users can make all of their research outputs available in a citable, shareable and discoverable manner.

• ProteomeXchange: Public PXD datasets can be browsed over at ProteomeCentral

• NIEHS Environmental Genome Project: includes a Genes Directory, Genotyping Resources, Pathway Image Maps, Software, and more.

• TRID provides access to more than one million records of transportation research worldwide.

• OmicsDI: The Omics Discovery Index provides dataset discovery across a heterogeneous, distributed group of Transcriptomics, Genomics, Proteomics and Metabolomics data resources.

• NIEHS Spin Trap Database: a database of more than 10,000 records of published Spin Trapping experiments. This database includes the experimental results (e.g. hyperfine coupling constants) and journal reference information.

• Data Driven Detroit: With topics ranging from property to poverty, the portal has over 200 geodata datasets, covering Detroit, Windsor, and Michigan.
